Terms & Conditions Offer: Buy Your Car for SAR 1

1 Offer Definition

“Buy Your Car for SAR 1” is a financing offer provided by Carly that allows an eligible customer to begin owning their car through financing without paying any meaningful cash amount at contracting. The only amount required to activate the order is a symbolic SAR 1, subject to the terms and conditions set out on this page.

The offer includes the following three benefits for the eligible customer:

Zero down payment: the customer is not required to pay any advance amount of the car’s value at contracting.
Zero admin fees: Carly covers the administrative fees associated with the financing procedures under this offer.
Zero first installment: the customer is exempted from paying the first monthly installment, with repayment starting from the following installment.

First installment point: precisely define when the customer’s first actual installment is due (e.g., repayment starts in month two from the contract date) to avoid any ambiguity.

2 Offer Period

This offer is valid during the period specified below. Carly reserves the right to extend or end the offer period at any time without prior notice.

3 Eligibility

To benefit from the offer, the applicant must meet the following conditions:

Be within the age range accepted by the financing partner.
Have a stable monthly income, evidenced by the required documents.
Pass the credit assessment and obtain approval from the financing partner.
Submit all required documents, complete and accurate, at the time of application.

Confirm actual criteria: minimum salary, accepted age range, eligible segments (citizen / resident), employer conditions, and any credit requirements (e.g., no defaults on SIMAH).

4 Financing & Partner Approval

Financing under this offer is provided through Carly’s partner banks and financing entities licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). All applications are subject to assessment and approval by the financing partner in accordance with its policies and regulations.

Carly does not guarantee the approval of any financing application and is not responsible for an application being declined by the financing partner. The profit margin, financing tenor, and monthly installment amounts are subject to the approved financing partner’s terms.

Confirm: the financing partners participating in this specific offer, the financing tenor (e.g., 60 months), the minimum and maximum financing amounts, and how installments are calculated after the first-installment exemption.

5 Eligible Vehicles

The offer applies only to vehicles available in Carly’s inventory that are included in this offer, subject to availability. The offer does not apply to vehicles sold or reserved before the application is submitted.

Confirm: does the offer cover the entire inventory or a specific price band? And are any categories excluded (e.g., vehicles within the Carly Black segment)? Defining this protects the offer from ambiguity.

6 Carly Platform General Terms

6.1 150-Point Inspection

Every car at Carly undergoes a comprehensive 150-point inspection covering the engine, transmission, electrical systems, body, interior, and safety systems. A car is not listed for sale until it passes the inspection.

6.2 Warranty

The car carries a warranty for 12 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first), with a maximum coverage of SAR 10,000. The warranty covers major mechanical failures and does not include cosmetic issues, wear-and-tear items, or modifications.

6.3 Return Policy

Carly offers the option to return the car within 7 days under specific conditions.

Note: the 7-day return policy applies to cash purchases only (and only if the additional distance driven does not exceed 50 km). Since “Buy Your Car for SAR 1” is a financing offer, please confirm whether the return policy applies to this offer or not, and state this clearly to the customer.

6.4 Pricing & VAT

All prices shown on Carly are inclusive of 15% Value Added Tax, with no surprise charges.

6.5 Delivery

Home delivery is available to the customer’s door across the regions of Saudi Arabia, with the ability to track delivery stages.

6.6 Ownership Transfer

Carly handles the car’s ownership transfer procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. The customer agrees to complete the required statutory steps to finalize the transfer.

7 Exclusions & Limitations

This offer cannot be combined with any other Carly offers or discounts, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The offer is tied to the availability of the included vehicles, and any model may be withdrawn from the offer without notice.
The offer is limited to purchases made through financing and does not apply to cash purchases.
Carly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the offer terms at any time without prior notice.
Any attempt to exploit the offer fraudulently or in violation of these terms forfeits the applicant’s right to benefit from it.

8 General Provisions

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Carly processes customers’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in the Kingdom, and in line with the platform’s approved privacy policy.
In the event of any conflict between the Arabic version and any translation of it, the Arabic version prevails.
A customer’s use of the offer constitutes acknowledgment that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
