1 Offer Definition

“Your Installment After 3 Months” is an offer within the Lease Financing (Leasing) program provided by Carly in partnership with Raya Finance. It allows an eligible customer to own their car through lease financing, with deferral of the start of installment payments and a waiver of both the down payment and processing fees, subject to the benefits and conditions set out on this page.

2 Offer Benefits

Down payment waived: the customer is not required to pay any advance amount of the car’s value at contracting.
Processing fees waived: no administrative/processing fees are charged on the financing application under this offer.
Deferred start of installments: the start of monthly installment payments is deferred based on the customer’s category (see Section 3).
Final payment up to 45%: a final payment of up to 45% of the car’s value is deferred to the end of the financing term (see Section 4).

3 Installment Deferral Mechanism

The start of monthly installment payments is deferred according to the customer’s category and employment sector, as follows:

Saudi national employed in the private sector	Start of payment deferred for 3 months (first installment due after 3 months)
Resident employed in the private sector	Start of payment deferred for 6 months (first installment due after 6 months)

Confirm: (1) the financial treatment of the deferred installments (are they waived, added to the end of the term, or distributed across remaining installments?). (2) terms and categories for public-sector employees (does the offer include them, and with what deferral period?).

4 Final Payment (up to 45%)

Within the lease financing program, a final payment of up to 45% of the car’s value is deferred to the end of the financing term. This mechanism reduces the monthly installment during the term, in exchange for one larger payment at the end. The actual percentage is determined per Raya Finance’s system and the customer’s profile.

At the end of the financing term, the customer is obligated to settle the final payment to complete ownership of the car, in accordance with Raya Finance’s policy and the options available from the financing partner at that time.

Confirm: the exact due date of the final payment, the customer’s options at that point (pay in full / reschedule / trade-in the car), and how the percentage is determined (what makes it 45% vs less).

5 Eligibility

Minimum salary: starting from SAR 3,500.
Employer: private-sector employees (citizens and residents), per the deferral categories in Section 3.
Insurance: the customer bears the insurance cost; its value and terms are determined based on the customer’s profile.
Approval: passing Raya Finance’s assessment and approval, and submitting all required documents, complete and accurate.

Confirm: the minimum length of service with the current employer (the figure was incomplete in the data sent), the accepted age range, and any credit requirements at Raya Finance.

6 Financing & Profit Rate

Lease financing under this offer is provided through Raya Finance, licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). All applications are subject to assessment and approval by the financing partner in accordance with its policies and regulations.

The profit rate is calculated per Raya Finance’s approved system. Carly does not guarantee the approval of any financing application and is not responsible for an application being declined by the financing partner.

7 Carly Platform General Terms

7.1 150-Point Inspection

Every car at Carly undergoes a comprehensive 150-point inspection covering the engine, transmission, electrical systems, body, interior, and safety systems. A car is not listed for sale until it passes the inspection.

7.2 Warranty

The car carries a warranty for 12 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first), with a maximum coverage of SAR 10,000. The warranty covers major mechanical failures and does not include cosmetic issues, wear-and-tear items, or modifications.

7.3 Return Policy

Carly offers the option to return the car within 7 days under specific conditions.

Note: the 7-day return policy applies to cash purchases only (and only if the additional distance driven does not exceed 50 km). Since this offer is within the lease financing program, please confirm whether the return policy applies to this offer or not, and state this clearly to the customer.

7.4 Pricing & VAT

All prices shown on Carly are inclusive of 15% Value Added Tax, with no surprise charges.

7.5 Delivery

Home delivery is available to the customer’s door across the regions of Saudi Arabia, with the ability to track delivery stages.

7.6 Car Ownership & Transfer

As this is a lease financing program, ownership of the car transfers to the customer after fulfilling all financing obligations, including the final payment, in accordance with applicable regulations and Raya Finance’s policy. Carly handles the ownership transfer procedures once the required statutory steps are completed.

8 Exclusions & Limitations

This offer cannot be combined with any other Carly offers or discounts, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The offer is tied to the availability of the included vehicles, and any model may be withdrawn from the offer without notice.
The offer is limited to lease financing through Raya Finance and does not apply to cash purchases.
Carly and Raya Finance reserve the right to amend, suspend, or end the offer terms at any time without prior notice.
Any attempt to exploit the offer fraudulently or in violation of these terms forfeits the applicant’s right to benefit from it.

9 General Provisions

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Carly processes customers’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in the Kingdom, and in line with the platform’s approved privacy policy.
In the event of any conflict between the Arabic version and any translation of it, the Arabic version prevails.
A customer’s use of the offer constitutes acknowledgment that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
